Property sourcing is the activity by which property deals are negotiated and packaged by a property source, to then be sold on to a property investor.

Silversheds Properties is a compliant deal packager company where we source for great quality property deals for investors from all over the world who are interested in investing in the UK property market.

We can simply get the properties and hand over to the investor or provide refurbishment and management services through one of our trusted trading partners ensuring that the investors interest is adequately protected.

We are all working on a deal sourcing course for those interested to work within the property investment market. At Silversheds Properties, we believe that knowledge is power therefore we are eager to share everything you need to know about deal sourcing in order for you to make you first sell.
